1. When installing a mass flowmeter, the vibration problem on site should be considered. As is well known, a Coriolis mass flowmeter is a flow meter made based on the principle of Coriolis force (hereinafter referred to as Coriolis force). When it works, it needs to generate a fixed frequency vibration in the measuring tube to simulate the rotation of the measuring tube along the axis of the pipeline, thereby generating Coriolis force to achieve the purpose of measuring flow rate. The frequency of this vibration deficiency is the natural frequency of the measuring pipe structure system. The magnitude of its vibration frequency varies depending on the structure, size, mass, and elastic modulus of the material, ranging from tens to hundreds of hertz. Therefore, when the mass flow meter is working, if there is a vibration source at the installation site, it will interfere with its stability. As a result, the measurement error of the flowmeter increases. Especially when the frequency of the interfering dust front vibration source is close to or coincides with the natural frequency of the measuring tube, resonance phenomenon will also occur. Causing abnormal and severe vibration of the flowmeter sensor. Make the sensor completely inoperable. Solution: * * During installation design, try to ensure that the installation site of the mass flow meter sensor avoids interference and vibration sources as much as possible. **If, for some reason, it is impossible to avoid external vibration interference. The following measures can be taken:

1. Clarify the vibration direction of external interference sources. When installing the mass flow meter sensor, keep the vibration direction of the sensor measuring tube perpendicular to

Mass flow meter vibration
the vibration direction of the interference source. It can effectively reduce the impact of external interference on the operation of the flowmeter.

2、 Between the vibration source (such as pump, motor, etc.) and the installation position of the flow meter sensor, if conditions permit, make the pipeline bend a few more right angles. It can also reduce the impact of interference sources.

3、 The flange of the flowmeter can be firmly supported separately, and soft connections (such as rubber soft connections or bellows buffer joints) can be used at the connection between the flowmeter sensor and the pipeline. Thirdly, the measuring tube of the Coriolis mass flowmeter needs to vibrate during operation. Therefore, during installation, try to maintain the degree of freedom of the sensor measuring tube part and do not attach constraints to the housing. Especially avoid virtual contact between the sensor housing and other objects. Because when the shell is in virtual contact with other objects during operation, it will cause impact with external objects due to its own vibration. Make the flowmeter unable to work stably.

2. What are the factors affecting the accuracy of Coriolis mass flow meters?

1: If the gas content in the liquid exceeds a certain value, it will seriously affect the measurement accuracy, which means that two-phase flow cannot be measured. 2: It is sensitive to vibration and generally requires good fixing measures. Because the flowmeter itself contains a vibration sensor, external vibrations can interfere with the flowmeters calibration work. 3: Zero drift, mainly due to the asymmetry and attenuation of mechanical vibrations, affects the zero point of the flowmeter. It is generall
